These terms apply to all digital content, technical bulletins, CAD libraries, and project submittal portals provided by RavenousCreatures, a Canadian hydro-engineering firm. Use of any material implies acceptance of these conditions.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access technical documents for internal evaluation and installation planning. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or incorporate our specifications into competing products without prior written consent.
You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, comply with all applicable provincial Clean Water Acts when using our design data, and immediately report any unauthorized access. You are responsible for verifying that your project meets local regulatory thresholds before relying on our system ratings.
RavenousCreatures provides engineering data and product performance figures based on controlled laboratory and field tests. We are not liable for damages arising from improper installation, site conditions outside published parameters, or failure to obtain required permits. Our total liability is capped at the value of the product or service giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials. We retain project records for seven years as required by Canadian engineering regulatory bodies.
